NEVER EVER GIVE UP!

I know after taking CLAT 2011, many of you must have smashed to smithereens, well I am not the exceptional one but yes one thing that I said to myself “IAM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP”

Well friends that didn’t come that right away  the way I wrote but it took about  5 days and after reading about some awe-inspiring souls , who were primarily told inept in fields in which later they  were proved masters of, so here I am with some of them .

Dismissed from the drama school of north western and was told that she is wasting her time as she is too shy to put her best foot forward – LUCILLE BALL(One of the most popular and influential stars in America during her lifetime)

Turned down by décor Recorder Company and said “we don’t like your sound and your guitar music is way out. -THE BEATLES

Cut from his high school basket ball team, went home locked himself and cried – MICHAEL JORDAN

His teacher told him he was too stupid to learn anything and he should go into a field, where he might succeed by the virtue of his pleasant personality –THOMAS EDISON

Fired from a newspaper because he lacked imagination and had no original ideas – WALT DISNEY

He failed in business twice; he had a nervous breakdown and was defeated in elections –ABRAHAM LINCOLN

IF YOU HAVE NEVER FAILED YOU HAVE NEVER LIVED. Giving up is the most easy option .As CONFUCIUS has rightly said “OUR GRATEST GLORY IS NOT IN NEVER FALLING BUT IN RISING EVERY TIME WE FALL “

SO don’t let anything come on your way of becoming a man of value. Don’t survive rather live your life. Have positive attitude as attitude is more important than facts.

I hope people who doubted themselves after the exam would bring a change in their perception as there is nothing and no one who can tell you that you can’t, it’s just you. So better don’t let that happen. Be in high spirits and success will surely knock your doors.

  1. Sometimes, the gloom is so dark, so deep, so intense, it becomes impossible to penetrate it. No words heal the wounds, no balm heels the pain. It feels like you are alone, too alone. Its not only an entrance exam, it feels like, who have no one to back you up, no one to guide you the way. I’ve been feeling this since an year. I don’t know, where life will take me. Either I’ll be in a law college or not, though I won’t lose the strength to try again, but I’ll be stronger, knowing that no one would be there to go to when in dark. It hurts, a lot. But still I’ll keep on searching, for a new harbinger of hope, a sun of my own, a sun within me.
